Chocolate Milkshake


Ingredients:

1 Dairy milk bar
2 tspn sugar
2 cup milk

Method :
In blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. 
Pour into glass and serve.

Strawberry Milk Shake


Ingredients:

1 cup fresh Strawberries 
4 cup Milk 
Sugar to taste
Few Ice cubes 


Method:

Wash strawberries properly and remove the stems. Blend strawberries and little milk together in a blender until crushed properly into a smooth paste. Add the remaining milk, sugar and crushed ice. Blend again for another few seconds. Served chilled in glasses.

Note : If strawberries are not available, strawberry essence can be used.

Cucumber Apple Juice


Ingredients:

1 apple
1 cucumber
250ml cold wate
2tbsp sugar 

Method:

Remove the skin of cucumber and apple. Cut the cucumber and apple into smaller pieces and blend them evenly with sugar. Once done, add cold water with the apple cucumber juice.

Mix fruit Juice


Ingredients:

1 cup grapes
1 cup pineapple pieces
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 orange (Peel and deseed)
1 tbsp honey
1/8 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup chilled water
Salt as per taste


Method:

Mix all the ingredients except honey In a blender, blend together all ingredients. Strain with a strainer. Pour into glass, and mix honey. Stir it well. Serve chilled. Dressed with corriander (optional).

Gulab Pani

Ingredients:

2 cups rose petals
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup pomegranate juice (optional)
crushed ice 


Method:

Coarsely crush the rose petals in a mortar and pestle and then put into a deep glass bowl. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the paste and add the cardamom powder. Mix well, cover and allow to steep overnight. In the morning, strain through a very fine sieve. Add the sugar and stir till dissolved. When the sugar is dissolved, add in the lemon and pomegranate juices and mix well. The syrup is ready now and can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. To serve, pour some syrup into a tall glass, mix with chilled water to taste and add crushed ice.

Watermelon Juice


Ingredients:

1kg Water Melon (cut in pieces)
Rose or Rasberry syrup
pepper powder
salt-pinch
Crushed Ice


Method:

In a mixer Jar, add peeled and deseeded Watermelon pieces, Rose/Rasberry syrup, Pepper Powder and Salt. Grind all the above ingredients until you see a nicely blended liquid.Transfer to a glass and top with crushed Ice. Served it chilled.

Tip: you can also serve it with icecream.

Kayree Panha

Ingredients:

2 Raw Mangoes
6 Glass of water
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of cumin powder
2 tsp of dried mint leaves 

Method:

Wash the raw mangoes and boil them in water, do not remove the peel. When the peel of mangoes becomes soft, it will come off easily. Take off the peel and seed but scrape the pulp with fork or spoon. Be careful as it might be hot, let it cool down. Now add sugar, salt, cumin powder and mint leaves. Now put the mixture on heat again with 6 glass of water and let it reduce to half. Remove from the heat and transfer it to glass bowl. Let it cool down and refrigerate it. Serve these individual glasses with ice cubes and some fresh mint leaves or lemon slices.

Mango juice


Ingredients:

1 kg raw mangoes
1 kg sugar
4 lemons
a pinch of black salt
8 glasses of water
few mint leaves


Method:

Peel and boil raw mangoes.When they become tender take them off flame and let them cool. De-seed the mangoes and mash them in the  water, then blend them in a blender. Put ground raw mangoes back in the pot, add sugar and cook on low flame. When all the sugar has dissolved, take it off flame.When it cools, add lemon juice and black salt. When completely cooled, transfer into a bottle and keep in fridge. Before serving, put 2 tbsp juice in a glass of water; add ice, and garnish with mint leaves.

Dates Juice


Ingredients:

3-4  Dates (without seed)
1/2 cup Milk
Sugar- optional

Method:

Soak the dates in 1 tbsp of water for 2-3 hours. If the outer skin of dates are hard remove it. In a blender, add the milk, dates and sugar, blend well. Serve chilled. 

Cranberry Juice


Ingredients:

Fresh Cranberries  - 1bowl
Sugar - 3 cups

Method:

Wash the cranberries. Heat water in a large pot, put the berries in a pot and add just enough water to cover the berries and cook until soft. Strain the mixture.Add  sugar, mix well and boil for 15 minutes and pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Add water before serving.

Grape Juice


Ingredients:

1/2 Orange Zest 
1/4 tsp Cardamom Seeds
4 Cloves 
6 Cup Grape Juice
½ Cup Honey 
2-Inch Piece Of Cinnamon Stick 
2 Cup Water


Method:

Place the zest, cardamom seeds and cloves in a small piece of cheese cloth and tie. Boil the juice and honey near to the boiling point over moderate heat. Remove from heat and add the spice bag and cinnamon stick, cover, and set aside for 4 hours. Remove the spice bag and cinnamon stick and refrigerate the juice. Add the water before serving.

Pineapple juice


Ingredients:

4 cups of pineapple
1 beetroot chopped

Method:

Cut the skin off the pineapple. Wash and remove the beetroot skin. Slice the pineapple, and chop the beetroot to fit your juicer. Juice and Serve.

Lemon Juice



Ingredients:

2 Lemons
4 Cup Water
2 Dates
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey

Method:

Cut the lemons in halves crosswise, remove the zest and squeeze out the juice.Cut the dates into very small pieces.Boil the dates in water for 10 minutes.Remove from stove and allow it to cool. Add lemon zest and sugar.Stir well and strain. Add honey and stir again.

Mango Juice


Ingredients:

Good quality riped Mangoes - 4
Sugar - one and half cup 
Ice cubes -according to our taste


Method:

Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces by removing the nut. Put the mango pieces, sugar and half cup ice cubes in the mixer and grind it for 2 minutes or till it all mixes well. serve it in cups by adding ice cubes.

Beetroot Juice

Ingredients:

Grated beetroot -1 cup
Grated carrot -1 cup
Orange juice - 3 tbsp
Sugar as required

Method:

Grind grated beetroot, grated carrot, orange juice and sugar in a mixer. Store it in the fridge. 

Orange lime Juice

                                                   Ingredients:

1 orange
½ lime(with skin okay)
½ cup of water
sugar as required

Method:

Peel the orange and cut the lime. Juice together and add the juice to a glass with water. Add sugar if required. Ready to be Serve.

Carrot Juice

Ingredients: 

Carrot ¼ kilo
Milk ¼ litre
Sugar as needed
Ice cream essence 2 drops



Method:

Wash carrots, peel skin and cook. Grind the carrots in a mixer. Add boiled and cooled milk, sugar, ice cream essence, mix well.  Store it in the fridge and serve.
