Bhindi


Ingredients:

0.50 lb lady fingers (4 thin pieces from 1 ladies finger)
3 tsp gram flour (besan)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red pepper
3 tsp ginger garlic green chilly paste
1/2 tsp mango powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
Oil for frying
salt to taste


Method:

Take a big bowl and mix ladies finger, besan, lemon juice, red pepper, ginger garlic green chilly paste, turmeric, mango powder one by one and keep it for marination till 20 mins.Heat the oil into frying pan and fry it till crispy or turns into dark brown.Serve Hot.
