Mango Ice Cream


Ingredients:


12 ripe mangoes
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup sugar
Few drops of mango essence
Pinch of food color
Few mango pieces


Method:

Squeeze out the mango pulp. Mix sugar with mango pulp and beat well. Blend all the other ingredients in a mixer except mango pieces and a little cream. Add the mango pulp and whisk for about 10-15 minutes, till the mixture turns frothy. Refrigerate the mixture. Remove the mixture when semi-solid and whip again for five minutes. Dish up decorated with cream and mango pieces.
